Here at R-H-P Outreach Services Ltd we have 3 highly supported accommodation residential care homes for both men and women who have mental health and learning difficulties. Our residential care homes are located centrally in Croydon, Lewisham, and Mitcham in South London.
Our carers are highly trained and qualified, and provide around the clock care, so there is care available for our residents night and day. We’re trusted by the NHS – a lot of our residents are referred from hospitals. Our Services
Here at R-H-P Outreach Services Ltd, we’re with you every step of the way. We want to make a real impact on our residents lives. Whether that be helping them get back into work or building new life skills. To make our residents feel more comfortable, our recovery residential care homes are both men- and women-only homes. So, Lewisham is a men-only recovery residential care home with Mitcham and Croydon being a women’s-only home. Mental Health Recovery
We understand there are many difficulties and issues surrounding the words “mental health”. That’s why we have a team of highly experienced carers, who are trained to help patients improve their mental health. We seek to empower our residents to help take control of their lives, whether that be helping volunteer or help them return to education.
